PHE 404 - Health Communication & Social Marketing Credits: 4
This course is designed to provide students with a critical understanding of the effects of the media-mass, social, and participatory-in promoting and impeding the achievement of public health goals. Emphasis will be placed on learning how to design, communicate and evaluate effective health promotion messages. Students will design a digital media-based health communication campaign. Prerequisite: PHE 403 Corequisite: PHE 405 Offered: Spring
