This course offers the student a theoretical and research-based perspective on second language acquisition (SLA) and prepares those who wish to teach in K-12, adult education, or overseas ESL settings to use SLA research and theory to inform teaching practice. Prerequisite: ENG 101 , ENG 102 /ENG 103 , and at least one semester of Literature or the approval of the instructor Offered: Fall
