PHE 220 - Introduction to Public Health Education

Credits: 3

This course will introduce the student to principles of public health education. Education theories and processes will be examined. The student will participate in a field experience to explore areas of public health education to gain a better understanding of the role of the public health educator. A grade of C- or better is required for progression in the PHE major.
