SPM 331 - Legal Aspects of Sport

This course explores the identification and application of various areas of law to sport industry. Instruction includes discussion of constitutional law, contract law, anti-trust law, tort law, discrimination in sport, and how each impacts sport management decisions.
Prerequisite: SPM 150 with a grade of “C” or better or approval by program coordinator
