ENG 304 - Twentieth Century Poetry

Credits: 3

This course will focus on the poetry of the Modern period. Students will read works of the early Moderns such as Thomas Hardy, William Butler Yeats, T. S. Eliot, Ezra Pound, Robert Frost, William Carlos Williams, and Wallace Stevens, as well as selections from more recent poets.
Prerequisite: ENG 101 , ENG 102 /ENG 103 , and at least one semester of Literature
Offered: Fall, every fourth year
