CS 240 - Introduction to Project Management

Credits: 3

This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts necessary to support the planning, scheduling, controlling, resource allocation, and performance measurement activities required for successful completion of a project. The most recent edition of PMBOK Guide will provide the framework for the concepts introduced in the course. Microsoft Project will be the application software used in the course.
