EDU 346 - Social Studies and Multicultural Education

Credits: 3

This course prepares pre-service teachers to teach the major themes of social studies. Candidates examine instructional strategies and explore theoretical and practical applications of multicultural education. Fee applies. This course requires field experience in public schools. Field experiences must be completed before a grade is awarded for the course.
Prerequisite: Admission to Teacher Education Program
