BUS 230 - Introduction to Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources (AFNR) Marketing

This course introduces the student to the processes encompassing all activities related to the sale of agricultural products, including gathering, storing, processing, transporting, packaging, grading, and distributing them to meet consumer needs and ensuring a fair price for producers and consumers.  The course applies modern economic and business principles to the agricultural industry, teaching students how to market agricultural products.
