REL 380 - The Battle for God: Fundamentalism in Religious Life

This course explores the causes, values, and attraction of fundamentalism in religious life, in particular stressing its desire to control society’s understanding of the divine. Students will focus primarily on fundamentalist movements in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
