This course introduces students to the fundamentals of purchasing and supply chain management, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, contracting, negotiation, logistics, and supply analytics. Emphasis is placed on how purchasing supports organizational performance, cost management, and sustainability. Students gain practical insight into modern supply chains and the skills needed for entry-level roles in a rapidly growing field.
